Who this is for, and who it is not for

It is for you if you want to know honestly which stage you are in, what can still be changed and what deserves your time and money before you buy anything.

It is not for you if:

• You want a promise of an invitation, Assessment Day result or job offer. Nobody outside the airline can make that promise, and we do not.
• Your application is already live and you want it rewritten. A live application cannot be changed; the next move depends on the airline’s status.
• You have already been invited and want to rebuild a CV that already did its job. Assessment Success is built for that stage instead.
• You are looking for a recruitment agency or a way to reach an airline recruiter. Skywing is an independent preparation platform.

Journey stages by situation

• Eligibility: Can this application legitimately move forward? Before preparation, basic requirements and unresolved facts matter.
• Application: Does the profile communicate the right evidence clearly? CV, positioning and application choices matter here; not interview coaching.
• Screening: What is known, and what still cannot be inferred? Silence is not automatically rejection. We separate evidence from guesswork.
• Invitation: The application has done its job. The priority changes. An invitation is a stage change. Sending a candidate backwards wastes time.
• Assessment: Preparation becomes observable performance under pressure. Group exercises, customer-service judgment, communication and interview delivery now matter more.
• Final stages: Close the remaining gap without rebuilding what already worked. You need continuity and stage-specific execution, not another generic restart.

We do not recommend interview preparation to someone whose present problem is their application. And we do not send an invited candidate backwards to rebuild a CV that already worked.

What is automated and what is human

• Automated: the free readiness check applies airline-specific rules to your answers, and the optional CV check runs automated checks on the text of your CV. These are preparation checks, not a recruiter’s decision and not an airline’s own system.
• Human: CV work, application support, answer review and live sessions are done by Skywing mentors and advisors during your active support window.
• AI assistant: Routine support questions may first be answered by an AI assistant that is always identified as AI. You can ask for a human mentor at any time during an active support window.
