Question 1

Does Skywing check whether I meet an airline’s requirements?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The free readiness check starts with airline-specific eligibility questions for the airline you are targeting. Airline requirements can change, so anything that cannot be confirmed is flagged for you to clarify rather than guessed.

Question 2

Which airlines does Skywing cover?

Accepted Answer

Eligibility checks cover Emirates, Etihad Airways, Qatar Airways, Riyadh Air, Saudia, flydubai and Air Arabia. Deep-dive guides exist for Emirates, Etihad Airways and Riyadh Air. Where no genuine guide exists, Assessment Success uses a verified stage brief based on your actual invitation, and Skywing never substitutes another airline’s guide.

Question 3

What if some of my eligibility facts are unclear?

Accepted Answer

Unresolved facts stay unresolved. Your result separates what is known from what still needs verification, and it can tell you to clarify one point with the airline before you spend time or money on preparation.

Question 4

What if I was previously rejected by an airline?

Accepted Answer

A prior rejection is part of the Reapplication state. Most Gulf airlines mandate a cooldown period (typically 3 to 6 months) before you can reapply. Skywing checks your cooldown status, reviews what went wrong in your previous application or interview without guessing, and helps you build new, genuine evidence before re-entering.

Question 5

What services does Skywing offer, and what do they cost?

Accepted Answer

Four services, each charged in US dollars as a one-time payment unless a checkout explicitly says otherwise: Cabin Crew CV Only, Get Invited, Assessment Success and Full Support. Current prices and exactly what each includes are on the Services page, and the final price is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Question 6

Can I pay for Full Support in instalments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Full Support includes an optional 2 × $129 USD instalment plan ($258 total, billed 30 days apart). Your active support and mentor assignment begin immediately with the first payment. CV Only, Get Invited and Assessment Success are one-time payments.

Question 7

How does Skywing adapt to my recruitment stage?

Accepted Answer

Skywing structures candidate support around 5 distinct audience states: Exploring (verifying eligibility before applying), Preparing (building an airline-ready CV and application), Submitted (understanding live portal status without panicking), Invited (preparing for HireVue, Assessment Day or final interview), and Reapplication (identifying gaps after a past rejection and observing reapplication cooldowns). Your next move is matched directly to your current state.

Question 8

Can I buy the Emirates Cabin Crew Preparation Course on its own?

Accepted Answer

No. The Emirates Premium Course is bundled companion material, not sold standalone. It is included at no extra cost with Get Invited, Assessment Success and Full Support for candidates targeting Emirates. This keeps preparation focused on clear outcomes rather than an unbundled store of separate products.

Question 9

How do I know which service fits me?

Accepted Answer

Start with the free readiness check. It looks at your airline, stage and history and recommends one next move. As a rule of thumb: CV Only is for CV work, Get Invited for one supported application, Assessment Success for a selection stage you have been invited to, and Full Support for continuity across applications and stages.

Question 10

Is the readiness check really free? Do I need an account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The free personalized result needs no account to start and takes a few minutes. You can create an account afterwards to save your diagnosis, recommendation and journey.

Question 11

I have already been invited. Which service should I look at?

Accepted Answer

An invitation is a stage change, so the focus moves to the selection stage in front of you, not back to the CV. Assessment Success is built for that stage. Full Support can continue after an invitation, while Get Invited does not.

Question 12

When does my support window start?

Accepted Answer

Only after the required intake is complete and the service is activated, so none of your support time is wasted. Get Invited runs 7 active days, Assessment Success 21 and Full Support has a 30-day base window. CV Only has no support window; its delivery target starts after complete intake.

Question 13

What happens after I pay?

Accepted Answer

Your service workspace opens and you complete an intake: your CV or background for CV work, or the stage you are preparing for in Assessment Success. Once intake is complete the service is activated, your support clock starts and, where your service includes one, your mentor is assigned.

Question 14

The airline has not replied. Does that mean I was rejected?

Accepted Answer

Not automatically. Silence is not proof of rejection, and Skywing separates what is known from what cannot be inferred. Your result will say what to do next, and that can simply be to wait.

Question 15

How do the live sessions work?

Accepted Answer

Where a service includes sessions, you request each one when it will be useful. Assessment Success includes 2 sessions of 20 minutes, and Full Support 3 sessions of 30 minutes. Missed or rescheduled sessions follow the booking details given for that session.

Question 16

Can I use my existing CV?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For CV work you can upload your existing CV, build a new one from your information, or reuse the CV from your readiness check.

Question 17

How long does CV delivery take?

Accepted Answer

CV Only and Get Invited have a delivery target of 24–48 hours, counted from complete intake and service activation. It is a delivery target, not a promise about airline results.

Question 18

How many CV revisions do I get?

Accepted Answer

CV Only, Get Invited and Full Support each include 1 CV revision. When your CV is delivered you review it, then request the revision or accept it as final. Assessment Success does not include CV work.

Question 19

Will someone check the airline’s application portal before I submit?

Accepted Answer

With Get Invited, your advisor verifies the airline’s live portal fields, uploads, file limits and declarations immediately before every submission.

Question 20

What currency am I charged in?

Accepted Answer

US dollars (USD). Any local-currency amount we display is an approximation for reference only. The final price and currency are always shown at checkout, before you pay.

Question 21

How are payments processed, and is my card data stored?

Accepted Answer

Stripe processes payments. Skywing may receive identifiers, payment status, amount, currency, customer email and product references needed to confirm and fulfil a purchase, but it does not receive or store your raw card number or CVV.

Question 22

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

We review each request against the service you bought, how much fulfilment has taken place and any rights that apply by law. If you ask before personalized work, human support, a scheduled session or access to included digital material has begun, we review the request and any applicable consumer cancellation rights. Once personalized work has begun or been delivered, a full refund may no longer be appropriate or available, subject to applicable law.

Question 23

Is a rejection a reason for a refund?

Accepted Answer

Not by itself. A rejection, no response, failed Assessment Day, visa or medical issue, or lack of a job offer is not a basis for a refund. Skywing sells preparation and support, not an airline decision.

Question 24

What is the Skywing Delivery Promise?

Accepted Answer

If Skywing misses an included deliverable for reasons within our control, we extend your active support period by the time reasonably needed to complete it, capped at 7 additional active days. It does not replace refund rights that apply by law, and it does not cover airline response times, hiring outcomes, eligibility, visa or medical decisions, or delays caused by missing, late or inaccurate information from you.

Question 25

What information does Skywing collect?

Accepted Answer

Depending on how you use Skywing: account details, your target airline and eligibility answers, readiness responses, CVs and documents you choose to upload, service intake information, mentor messages, session details, application status, purchase records and technical journey events used to run and improve the platform.

Question 26

Do you sell my data?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not sell candidate personal data to advertisers, and we do not use journey analytics to make airline hiring decisions.

Question 27

Who can see my CV, documents and messages?

Accepted Answer

Mentors may access your information only as needed to deliver the services assigned to you. Support messages and service records are restricted to you and authorized Skywing personnel. Upload sensitive documents only when a service genuinely requires them.

Question 28

Is mentor chat answered by AI?

Accepted Answer

Skywing may use an AI assistant for routine support questions, and it is identified as AI. You can ask for a human mentor at any time during an active support window, and sensitive matters can be flagged for human review. AI suggestions never change your confirmed recruitment stage.

Question 29

Can I access, correct or delete my data?

Accepted Answer

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data and to object to or restrict certain processing. Send Skywing a privacy request; the privacy policy explains how.

Question 30

Will using Skywing get me an invitation or a job?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not guarantee an invitation, Assessment Day result, job offer, visa, medical approval or employment outcome, because airline decisions are outside our control. We help you prepare and present your genuine background clearly.

Question 31

Is Skywing affiliated with an airline or a recruiter?

Accepted Answer

No. Skywing is an independent preparation platform, not an airline, recruitment agency or employer, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by any airline. The airline makes every recruitment decision.

Question 32

Does Skywing know how airlines score candidates?

Accepted Answer

No. Skywing uses the information available to it and does not claim confidential access to airline scoring systems. Airline requirements and recruitment processes can change.

Question 33

Can I still message my mentor after my support window ends?

Accepted Answer

Human support is available only during the active support window attached to your service. Your earlier messages stay visible after the window closes, but new support messages may be disabled.

Question 34

The readiness check says it is temporarily unavailable. What can I do?

Accepted Answer

If the check cannot be reached, the page shows a waitlist form instead of a broken button. Leave your email and we will tell you when it is back, or try again a little later. This website does not store your diagnosis answers, so nothing you have typed here is lost or kept.

Question 35

Which languages is the site available in?

Accepted Answer

The site is available in English, French and Arabic. Use the language switcher in the header to change language; we remember your choice. Arabic pages display right to left. If a page has no translation yet, it is shown in English.

Question 36

How do I check that a Skywing certificate is genuine?

Accepted Answer

Use the certificate checker: enter the code printed on the certificate, or paste the link from its QR code. A Skywing certificate is a record of a preparation check, not an airline qualification.

Question 37

Is the website accessible?

Accepted Answer

We design to WCAG 2.2 AA: keyboard operation, visible focus, sufficient contrast, reduced-motion support and screen-reader labels. If something does not work for you, tell us through the accessibility statement and we will fix it or offer another way to get the information.

Question 38

Does the website track me with cookies?

Accepted Answer

Necessary cookies are always on. Analytics are off until you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. The Cookie Policy lists every category.

Question 39

Does Skywing list live vacancies or tell me when an airline is hiring?

Accepted Answer

No. Skywing does not track vacancies, open days or recruitment events, and an airline page never means a job is open. Check the airline’s own careers page for what is open today. We explain requirements and how the application runs.

Question 40

How current are the requirements on the airline pages?

Accepted Answer

Each airline page shows the date we last verified its criteria against the airline’s public careers pages. If that date becomes old, the comparison table shows “Verify” instead of presenting the figure as current. Requirements can change at any time, so confirm on the airline’s site before you apply.

Question 41

Do all airlines require a 212 cm arm reach?

Accepted Answer

No. In the criteria we last verified, Emirates, Qatar Airways, Riyadh Air and Saudia list a 212 cm reach (Saudia on tiptoes). The Etihad Airways, flydubai and Air Arabia criteria we verified did not include a reach requirement. Measure yourself and check the airline’s own wording.

Question 42

Can I cover a visible tattoo?

Accepted Answer

Emirates, Etihad Airways, Riyadh Air, flydubai and Air Arabia all list “no visible tattoos in uniform” (Air Arabia says tattoos or marks) in the criteria we verified. Etihad adds that cosmetic or bandage coverings are not permitted. Check the airline’s own wording before you apply; read more in our article on tattoos and cabin crew.

Question 43

What does Saudia ask for beyond the usual requirements?

Accepted Answer

As we last verified them, Saudia’s criteria include an overall high-school grade of Good or higher, a STEP by QIYAS result with a minimum score issued within the last three years, and a valid Saudi National ID with at least six months remaining. The Saudia page has the dated table.

Question 44

Why does Air Arabia ask which operation I am applying to?

Accepted Answer

Air Arabia’s published criteria, such as age limits and minimum height, differ between operating companies and bases. We have verified the UAE (Sharjah and Abu Dhabi) and Dammam operations; for any other operation we say “needs verification” rather than guess. See the Air Arabia page.

Question 45

Riyadh Air is new. How reliable are its requirements?

Accepted Answer

Riyadh Air is in its launch stage, so its recruitment process and requirements may change quickly. We show the criteria we last verified and the date; treat them as a starting point and check the airline’s careers page before you apply.

Question 46

flydubai and Emirates are both in Dubai. Are their requirements the same?

Accepted Answer

No. They share a base city, not criteria. As we last verified them, the minimum height, the arm-reach rule and the swimming requirement differ. Compare them on the flydubai and Emirates pages.

Question 47

What is in the Readiness Kit?

Accepted Answer

Seven self-study tools: Readiness Scorecard, ATS CV Template, Assessment Day Playbook, Interview Answer Bank, Grooming Checklist, Rejection Reasons, 7-Day Plan. The tools accompany your diagnosis and are available directly within the candidate dashboard, rather than sold as a separate standalone product.

Question 48

Is the Readiness Kit the same as working with a mentor?

Accepted Answer

No. The kit is self-study material and does not include a mentor. If you want human support, see the services. Neither the kit nor any service guarantees an invitation or a job.

Question 49

What if my airline has no Skywing guide?

Accepted Answer

Full guides exist for Emirates, Etihad Airways and Riyadh Air. For other airlines we do not invent one and never substitute another airline’s guide. Assessment Success uses a verified stage brief based on your actual invitation instead.
